We provide complete steel structure material packages for overseas owners, engineering companies and general contractors — from drawings to site, connected by one team.
Our Positioning
ZhongSai is not a local construction contractor, nor a pure steel trading company. Our core value is converting design drawings into manufacturable, transportable and installable steel structure components, delivered to overseas project sites through strict quality control and export packing.
We serve overseas individual owners, factory owners, investment developers, local engineering companies and local general contractors, providing full-process technical support from preliminary solutions to installation guidance.

Family-Owned Steel Structure Business: From Dongguan Engineering to Global Export
ZhongSai Steel Structure is a family-owned steel structure enterprise. Founder Mr. Yan Xizheng entered the steel structure industry in 2004, and the company has been engaged in export business since 2011. Same family ownership, same production base, same engineering team — now with a dedicated international trade entity and digital brand presence.
Founder Enters Steel Structure Industry
Mr. Yan Xizheng entered the steel structure industry in 2004, accumulating practical experience in design, fabrication and project management. Deep industry expertise is the foundation of ZhongSai Steel Structure.
Dongguan ZhongSai Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.
Registered in Dongguan, Guangdong in 2011. Legal representative: Mr. Yan Xizheng. Registered capital: 8.88 million RMB. Operated for 10 years, accumulating direct export experience. Deregistered in August 2021, business restructured.
Dongguan ZhongSai Steel Structure Co., Ltd.
Established in Dongguan in October 2023 as the restructured manufacturing entity. Legal representative: Mr. Yan Zhikai (Mr. Yan Xizheng's father, family business continuity). Manages Dongguan and Huizhou production bases, fabricating all steel structure products for export.
Shenzhen ZhongSai Steel Structure Import & Export Co., Ltd.
Established in Shenzhen in 2024, centrally managing all international sales, marketing and customer service. Legal representative: Mr. Yan Xizheng. Same family ownership, same factories, same engineering team — now with a dedicated international trade entity and digital brand presence.
Entity note: ZhongSai Steel Structure is a family-owned enterprise. The original company Dongguan ZhongSai Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. (2011-2021, legal rep Yan Xizheng) was deregistered in August 2021. Manufacturing business restructured as Dongguan ZhongSai Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (established October 2023, legal rep Yan Zhikai, Mr. Yan Xizheng's father). International trade business is now managed by Shenzhen ZhongSai Steel Structure Import & Export Co., Ltd. (established 2024, legal rep Yan Xizheng). All entities share the same family ownership, factories (Dongguan + Huizhou), engineering team and quality system. The original Dongguan entity still appears as a historical record in Google search and third-party trade databases.
