5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) will be specified in the formal quotation and sales contract.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, port congestion, and weather conditions.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed shipping terms.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations and obtaining necessary permits in their country.

6. Warranty

• ZhongSai provides a 50-year structural warranty on steel framing components against structural failure under normal use.
• Paint/coating warranty is 10-20 years depending on the coating system specified.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZhongSai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
